Industry talents from Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Material & Quality Control. Admission is free-- if pre-registered by September 15th or $10 at the door. (Net entry fees go exclusively to benefit the Oregon Food Bank)

Technical sessions available throughout the day. The pricing varies per class. Please check the EMA, ERA & IEEE-Oregon Section web sites for more information about these sessions.

Benefit the Oregon Food Bank

As always, OctoberBest will contribute 100% of net entrance proceeds to the Oregon Food Bank. Collection food barrels will be available on the day of the show, and all entrants and exhibitors are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items.

  • Reserve your booth space now to select your preferred location and take advantage of the priority pricing.
  • All parking is free on the day of our event
  • Entrance and technical class fees donated to Oregon Food Bank
  • Agenda for October 6th (day before the show):
    • 8 AM - noon Framing Booth, table and chair set up by committee - no exhibitors allowed
    • Noon - 4 PM Exhibitor set up time
    • 4-6 PM Exhibitor's Reception sponsored by local associations
  • Agenda for October 7th (day of the show):
    • 7 AM - Registration Opens
    • 8 AM - 9 AM Breakfast Keynote
    • 9 AM - 5 PM Show floor Open - Technical Sessions
    • 11:45 AM - 12:15 PM Get your lunch before the Keynote!
    • 12:15 PM - 1:15 PM SolarWorld Industries America's Keynote Presentation "The sun rises over the Silicon Forest" with Ben Santarris
    • 5 PM - 6 PM Exhibitor Breakdown
    • 5 pm - 6:30 PM After show meet & greet.
  • Show Guide will include logo and 30 words about your company
  • Exhibitors receive list of attendees and information following final compilation of list.
  • Special note: Tektronix has restrictions on beer consumption. We have permission to serve beer at the Exhibitors Reception event, but NOT during the day at the actual OctoberBest show.
