The OctoberBest online payment system requires three steps.
1) The form below will ask general information about yourself and your company.
2) You will provide information about your business any any addional businesses and select the details of your booth.
3) You will be automaticly transfered to a secure PayPal payment screen to complete your payment. A PayPal account is not required, you may have to scroll down the page to see the "I don't have a PayPal Account" Option . All major credit cards are accepted. We have choosen to use PayPal for your security.

The booth registration fee for an 8’ X 8’ booth is $350 if received by 8/20/08; after 8/20/08 the fee is $450.
The booth registration fee for an 8’ X 10’ booth is $450 if received by 8/20/08; after 8/20/08 the fee is $550.

Price includes an 8’ high back wall drape, 30 words & 1 logo in the show guide, 1 - 6’ x 30" table, 2 chairs, tablecloth, electrical services (light duty), and 2 lunch & 2 drink tickets.

An exhibitor can share booth space with another party for $125 for each additional business & logo in the booth up to 4 businesses per booth payable online with registration for the primary exhibitor. Logo and 30-word description for that business will list in the show guide for an additional $50. Note: Descriptions & logos received after August 15th may NOT appear in the show guide.
